ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, proceedings of the District Collector, Chengalpet dated 14.08.2025 were placed before this Court. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for petitioner. It is seen that the application submitted by the petitioner has been rejected.
2. The learned counsel for petitioner raised various grounds questioning the proceedings of the District Collector. The grounds raised by the learned counsel for petitioner cannot be gone into in a contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to
the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the first respondent in the manner known to law.
