The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file appeal before the Appellate Authority, namely the Senior Regional Manager, TASMAC, Chennai and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is at liberty to file appeal before the Appellate Authority, namely the Senior Regional Manager, TASMAC, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the said Authority, upon receipt of the same, shall entertain the same if the papers are otherwise in order without putting the issue of limitation and the Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
