ORDER
This petition is filed to issue a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.879 of 2009, dated 31.12.2009, on the file of the respondent police. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.879 of 2009, dated 31.12.2009, on the file of the respondent police, for an offence under Section 394 IPC. But the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on.
4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, the case has been registered on 31.12.2009 for offence under Section 394 IPC and charge sheet is yet to be filed. Therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent police is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
