PRAYER in W.P.No.9474 of 2020: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 from passing orders against the petitioner's husband namely A. Aravinth, S/o. Arumugam, aged about 26 years, now confined at Central Prison, Trichy, by detaining him under the preventive detention in particularly Tamil Nadu Act No.14 of 1982.
