Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders on 22.03.2022 in Crl.OP.2961/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.N. NARESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI-cases, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2961 of 2022 dated 22.03.2022. The condition was that the Petitioner has to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been regularly complying the condition. 3.

The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Police submits that the Respondent Police has no objection to relax the condition imposed.

Considering the fact that this is a case raised under Sections 120(b) r/w 420 of IPC and that the Petitioner is regularly complying with the condition as reported by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the Petition.
