By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of a vacant plot admeasuring to an extent of 6540 square feet, in Survey No.73/2 in Pattinam Village, presently Sulur Taluk, earlier Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore District, under a registered sale deed dated 2.7.2013, vide Document No.5854/2013, on the file of the Office of the SubRegistrar, Singanallur. 3.According to the petitioner, joint patta was issued in his name along with other land owners in Patta No.275, and he was not able to identify the property and consequently, not able to raise any loan for agricultural purpose and hence, submitted an application dated 12.3.2015, for effecting subdivision and for issuance of separate patta and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation/application dated 12.3.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
