Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in connection with the impugned order No.14011/16/2009-IR[DU] dated 03.07.2009 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to refer the dispute raised by the petitioner in connection with his non-employment for adjudication before the Industrial Tribunal having jurisdiction.
