The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The respondent filed I.D.O.P.No.37 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur, for declaration that the marriage is null and void.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.235 of 2014 from the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore for being tried along with I.D.O.P.No.788 of 2014.

3. It is well settled that in Matrimonial disputes, the preference would be given to wife in the place of hearing.

5. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of I.D.O.P.No.37 of 2014 from the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.788 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
