Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records connected in Na.Ka.No.C1/1497/2011 dated 23.02.2011 and ROC No.C1/360/2021 dated 19.03.2021 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same insofar as not issuing the revised seniority list by taking into account of date of initial appointment and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 issue revised seniority list as per the Municipal Corporation Service Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.237 MA&WS [Election] Department dated 26.09.1996 and grant all the consequential benefits.
