Heard Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2.The charge memo issued to the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 30.07.2009 is under challenge in this writ petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition the enquiry proceedings were conducted and based on the enquiry report, final orders in the disciplinary proceedings was issued by the Competent Authority on 06.04.2011, imposing the punishment of stoppage of increment for one year with cumulative effect. Thus, the question of quashing the charge memo as prayed for in this writ petition does not arise at all.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
