ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1345 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1345 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025 is relaxed.
