This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint, based on the complaint, dated 2/1/2020, given by the petitioner. 2.

Heard Mr.V.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the second respondent Police has given the CSR copy, he has not registered the case.

4. In such a view of the matter, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the Police finds any cognisable offence is made out, they can register the complaint.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
