O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3217 of 2015 dated 16.6.2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kirshnagiri that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear on summons.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged 75 years and due to the onerous condition imposed by the court below, he find it difficult to appear before the respondent police every day until further orders and further he is also directed to appear on summons. Hence he prayed for modification of the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.3217 of 2015.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side).

4. In view of the confusion created by the order of the court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

below dated 16.6.2015, directing the petitioner to appear daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and also on summons, I find, there is no error in the order passed by the Court below. Further, in order to make it clarified, this court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders .

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
