CRIME NO.446 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relaxation of condition the petitioners shall appear before the respondent polcie on 1st and 3rd Saturday on every month in Crl.MP.No. 12286/2021 in Crl. Op.No. 16811/2021 in Cr. No. 446/2021 order dated 29.11.2021 pending on the file of respondent police and pass such suitable orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.V.G. KARTHEEBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12286 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16811 of 2021 dated 29.11.2021.
