This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2014 in CSR.No.204 of 2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, despite repeated messages from the O/o.The Public Prosecutor, the respondent police have not given instructions.
4. It is seen that on the complaint dated 20.09.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.204 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
