ORDER

It is represented before this Court that the rival claimant has sought leave before the Hon'ble Division Bench and had filed a Writ Appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.30456 of 2023 dated 13.12.2023. As such, it would not be appropriate to adjudicate the present Contempt Petition parallely, in the absence of the rival claimant, who has filed the Writ Appeal and the same is pending.

2. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
