This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner as modified in the order dated 23.01.2023 in Crl.MP.No.666 of 2023 to appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as modified in the order dated 23.01.2023 as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
