ORDER

Though a wider prayer is made in the writ petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the Writ Petition could be disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2015 on merits and in accordance with law.

On a perusal of the records, it appears that there is no acknowledgment for having sent the aforesaid representation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Under such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent and on receipt of such representation being made, seeking to redress the grievance of the petitioner as to the non-selection to the post of P.G. Assistant (Tamil), the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
