This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.781 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 in para 6(a) that the defacto complainant can withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) each deposited by the petitioners herein in Crime No.24 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam with an undertaking.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no prejudice would be caused to the petitioners, if the amount is kept in the account of Crime No.24 of 2021 till the disposal of trial. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.
3. Considering the fact that nearly Rs.50 lakhs involved in the offence by job racketing and the complaint was given against these petitioners and also on hearing both parties, earlier order in 1/3
Crl.O.P.No.781 of 2022 has been passed by this Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
