The present Application has been filed to permit the 1st applicant/Mother (Mrs.Asha Boaz Ramesh) to sign and execute the Security Bond in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II) High Court, Madras, on behalf of her daughter Ms.Diya Grace Ramesh, the 2nd Applicant on the strength of General Power of Attorney dated 11.09.2024 for issuing the Letters of Administration pursuant to the order dated 27.10.2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.P.No.459 of 2018.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1578 of 2025 in OP.No.459 of 2018 is ordered as prayed for.
