PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in C No.C1/11882/2012 R.O.O No.462/2012 dated 2.8.2012 and passed by the 2nd respondent in Rc No.123210/AP.IV (3)/2014 dated 01.10.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER
The petitioner is placed under suspension by the 1st respondent by order dated 2.8.2012 based on a criminal case relating to corruption charges.
2. Now a charge sheet is filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Special Case - C.C.No.2 of 2014 in February 2014 and the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has filed this petition seeking to quash the suspension order.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to quash the suspension order passed against the petitioner. However, a direction is issued to the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to conclude the trial in Spl.C.C.No..2 of 2014 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
