ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 16.04.2022 to Sub Division and issue the individual Patta and Chitta in the name of the petitioner herein pertaining to the property situated at Kallapuram Village Udumalpet Taluk Tirupur District in Survey Nos. 467/3 to an extent of 0.69.00 Hectares Survey No. 466/B7 to an extent of 0.50.00 Hectares Survey No.467/6 to an extent of 0.0.50 Hectares Survey No.467/5 to an extent of 0.22.00 Hectares.

The case of the petitioner is that she has purchased the land at Kallapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District in S.Nos.467/3 to an extent of 0.69.00 Hectares, S.No.466/B7 to an extent of 0.50.00 Hectares, S.No.467/6 to an extent of 0.0.50 Hectares S.No.467/5 to an extent of 0.22.00 Hectares and the same was registered in Sub Registrar at Udumalpet on 02.11.2021. The sale deed was registered in document No.10860 of 2021 in Sub Registrar, Udumalpet. After purchasing the above said lands, the petitioner made a representation dated 16.04.2022 for sub division of the property and requested to issue individual patta and chitta in the name of the petitioner. The same was not considered till date, by the respondents and hence, the present writ petition has filed before this Court seeking appropriate remedy.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a suitable direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2022 will be considered and suitable orders will be passed on merits within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2022 and take necessary steps for issuance of the individual patta and chitta, after affording opportunity to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
