Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the final report has been filed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1994 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31671 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
