This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to provide Police protection at that time of occupying petitioner plot No.463 by constructing the hut in the same based on the representation dated 21.07.2015 made by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is a lady who seeks police protection against her son who is said to be released on jail recently and preventing the petitioner from constructing the hut.

4. It is seen that the petitioner sent a complaint by post. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and lodge a complaint before the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law.
