This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.1 of 2019 dated 17.04.2019 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 408, 409, 477A & 217 of IPC by the second respondent police as against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
