This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.02.2018 passed in E.P.No.276 of 2016 in A.P.No.143 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Puducherry 2.The suit was filed for the purpose of recovery of money. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent present. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the settlement was arrived among the parties and consequent to the settlement the respondent received a cheque, which is post-dated on 10.04.2021. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.02.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the settlement talks are going on between the parties and after that there was no representation for the petitioner continuously for two occasions. This Court feels that since the matter has been settled between the parties, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
