ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition cannot be maintained, that too categorised as public interest litigation, as the representation of the petitioner is really on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in respect of private grievance that while laying the road, the Government authorities have utilised part of their land without acquiring the same. We are informed that respondent Nos.3 and 4 have already initiated legal proceedings.

2. There is no interest of the petitioner, much less public interest involved in the present case.

3. The writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
