By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that she along with her husband purchased 0.58 cents of land in Survey No.102/5, Adiyaman Kottai Village, Dharmapuri District, by means of a sale deed dated 6.7.2007, registered as Document No.3144/2007, on the file of the SubRegistrar, Dharmapuri West. 3.The petitioner would further state that her husband died and she also approached the Office of survey and submitted an application dated 23.3.2015, for survey of the land and since no response was forthcoming, submitted a reminder dated 10.6.2015, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without entering upon the
merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 23.3.2015, as well as the representation dated 10.6.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
