(CRIME NO.1349/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner is Directed to Report the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. as against the petitioner imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.2583/2022 dated 04.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.LINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.J.SUBBIAH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2583 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2583 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 is totally relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
