ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel, who once represented the petitioner would submit that he has given a change of vakalat, two years back.
2. Since the petitioner has not engaged another counsel to prosecute the case and nor ready to appear in person, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
