O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the order impugned in the revision, the respondent/plaintiff filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 1/4
2020 for amendment of the plaint seeking to amend the prayer for declaration of title and recovery of possession and valued the plaint under Section 25(a) of Tamil Nadu Court Fees Act, 1965. Therefore, the prayer in the revision has become infructuous.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has got some grievance with regard to the valuation adopted by the plaintiff. It is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Court below.
3. Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
