PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to extend the time for another six weeks to comply the conditions of this Hon'ble Court imposed in para no.6(a) of the bail order dated 10.02.2021 that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) within a period of six weeks from the date of releasing him from prison, if the petitioner fails to comply that condition, the respondent is at liberty to file a petition for cancellation of bail in Crl.O.P.No.2341 of 2021. ORDER
The Petitioner has filed this petition to extend the time for another six weeks to comply the conditions of this Hon'ble Court imposed in para no.6(a) of the bail order dated 10.02.2021 that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) within a period of six weeks from the date of releasing him from prison, if the petitioner fails to comply that condition, the respondent is at liberty to file a petition for cancellation of bail in Crl.O.P.No.2341 of 2021.
2.Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) and he seeks further time for payment of the said amount.

3.Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, further period of four weeks is extended from today (03.06.2021) to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.139 of 2020, before the concerned Magistrate and to execute the securities as directed by this Court. Failing to deposit the said amount within the stipulated time, the bail will be cancelled automatically.
4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
