The petitioner was appointed as Watchman at the Government Higher Secondary School, Kurubarapalli by the Parents Teachers Association in the year 1998 on a consolidated pay. He has filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to regularise him in the Government service based on his representation dated 23.4.2015. 2.

The petitioner is not even a temporary or NMR or daily wage worker in the Government. Hence, I am not inclined to issue any direction as sought for by the petitioner.

In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
