[Judgment of the Court was delivered K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] It is represented that this appeal has been preferred by the husband challenging the interim maintenance granted by the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore in I.A.No.1063 of 2015 in HMOP.No.881 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant Mr.G.Sugadev Rajaguru would submit that pending this appeal, the parties have entered into a compromise and agreed for divorce on mutual consent and necessary application has been filed before the Family Court. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal and also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
