..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2021 to convert classification of the land situated at No.86, Pakkam, Nathamedu, bearing Survey No.813, admeasuring to an extent of 2646 Sq ft., to a patta land and issue patta in his name within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.The petitioner had given a representation on 06.04.2020 seeking to convert the classification of the land in 86, Pakkam, Nathamedu, bearing Survey No.813, admeasuring to an extent of 2646 Sq ft., to that of a patta land. 3.Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader states that the conversion as sought for is from a Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He expressed that it may not be possible for the Government to effect such conversion. 4.However, since a representation has been given, let the authorities examine the said representation following the principles of natural justice and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
