This Second Appeal is filed against the Decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.122 of 2010 dated 01.08.2011 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, reversing the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.19 of 2009 dated 06.08.2010 on the file of learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.
