Government dues reflecting in the encumbrance certificate in respect to the stamp duty due of Rs.1,00,994/- and the registration fee due of Rs.7,770/- on each of the fraudulent Sale Deed dated 10.04.1996, registered as Doc.Nos.874/1996 and 875/1996 are not required to be paid by the true owner/s and also to make entries in the encumbrance in the respective index that the Deed of Mortgage dated 30.12.1989, registered as Doc.No.23 of 1990, in SRO Mylapore in favour of Martin Kempraj and Jayakodi, Deed of Mortgage dated 05.04.1993, registered as Doc.No.746 of 1993, in SRO, Mylapore in favour of A.C.Daniel, the Sale Deeds dated 10.04.1996, registered as Doc.Nos.874/1996 and 875/1996, in SRO, Mylapore in favour of Sarangan son of Arumugam and Sheela wife of Selvam, respectively and the Deed of Receipt dated 31.10.1996 executed in favour of Dr.Kanthiraj, registered as Doc.No.2280 of 1996 in the SRO, Mylapore, discharging the mortgage under the above said doc.No.23 of 1990 are fraudulent documents, not valid and non-est in law.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
