O R D E R

The petitioners have come up with this writ petition, seeking direction to the respondents herein to pay two increments for the training period, in the post held by them as on 30.07.1992.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 20.10.2014, in the light of the order dated 27.06.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17459 of 2013.

3. In view of the limited prayer now made, without going into the merits of the representation dated 20.10.2014, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioners, dated 20.10.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, and more particularly in th light of the order dated 27.06.2013 made in W.P.No.17459 of 2013, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
