Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition, viz directing Petitioner to appear before Respondent Police on Every Tuesday and Saturday, imposed in Crl.OP.No.1458 of 2022 vide order dated 02.02.2022, on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P. DINESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.1458 of 2022 on 02.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police, on every Tuesday and Saturday.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
