According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed an application in IA.No.863 of 2017 in IDOP.No.69 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Villupuram to mark the additional

documents and the same is pending. The respondent has not chosen to file counter affidavit in the said application. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of the above IDOP.

2. Considering that the application in IA.No.863 of 2017 is pending in the above petition, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Judge, Villupuram to dispose of the application in IA.No.863 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.04.2018. Thereafter, the court below is directed to dispose of the petition in IDOP.No.69 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above directions. No costs.
