(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.J,) When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the contemnor has produced the proceedings of the Commissioner, Poonamallee Panchayat Union in Na.Ka.No.729/2019/A3 dated 01.10.2019, in compliance with the order passed by this Court dated 09.02.2017 in W.P.No.11564 of 2016. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he may challenge the same, if so advised. Further, if the petitioner is not still satisfied with the compliance made and feels that some more

illegal constructions has to be removed, it is always open to him to file a fresh petition with adequate materials. No costs.
