Rules, read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C., prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass a judgment and decree against the Defendants: a. Directing Defendants to pay Rs.2,57,54,415/- together with subsequent interest @ 12% per annum to the plaintiff from the date of plaint till the date of realization.

b. Award the cost of the suit and c. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit 1/3

JUDGMENT

Today, a memo has been filed by the learned counsel appearing for the defendants stating that as per the terms of the joint memo of compromise, the balance amount has also been received by the plaintiff.

2. Recording the joint memo of compromise filed by the parties on 20.01.2025 and the memo filed by the learned counsel for the defendants on 31.07.2025, the suit is disposed of as settled out of Court. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

3. Registry is also directed to refund the Court fee, as applicable, in the name of the plaintiff.
