ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 17444 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B and 420 IPC, Section 5 of TNPID Act and Sections 3,4,5 and 21 of Banking of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Ordinance Act 2019, in Crime No.1 of 2019, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17444 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
