Application Nos.2004 to 2006 of 2022 in A.No.1739 of 2016 in E.P.No.647 of 2009 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.,J Application No.2004 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 569 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the sole Applicant in A.No.1739 of 2016 viz., K.Ramachandran.

2.Application No.2005 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement order dated 05/04/2022 caused on account of the death of the sole Applicant in A.No.1739 of 2016.

3.Application No.2006 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole Applicant Viz., K.Ramachandran and substitute in his place and rank them as Applicants 2 to 5 in A.No.1739 of 2016.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions, these Petitions are allowed.
