ORDER

The petitioner seeks for correction of the online Patta standing in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to the Writ Petition.

2. According to the petitioner, the manual Patta issued in her favour for the subject property is correct, but in the online Patta issued in favour of her, certain mistakes are there. Hence, the petitioner seeks for correction of the same through her representation dated 23.12.2025, sent to the 2nd respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, the learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the representation dated 23.12.2025, seeking for correction of the online Patta, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
