W.P.No.13643 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the entire records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No. 1163/A2/2017 dated 24.05.2017 and quash the same W.P.No.13491 of 2017:

Pleased to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction in this nature of writ of calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the District Elementary Educational Officer Thiruvallur District the respondent herein vide his proceedings No. Na.Ka.No. 1200/ Aa5/ 2017 dated 22.05.2017 and quash the same as illegal arbitrary unreasonable being violative of rules and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondent to retain the petitioner as B.T. Assistant Teacher (English) at Municipal Middle School Padikuppam Villivakkam Panchayat Union;

W.P.No.13809 of 2017: Pleaded to issue a writ order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of writ of certiroarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1200/A5/2017 dated 22.05.2017 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue the work within the Villivakkam Union based on a seniority maintained in the parent union Viz. Ellapuram union for all condition of service.

W.P.No.13994 of 2017: Pleased to issue a writ of Certiorified Mandamus (or) any other appropriate writ, order or direction, to calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka. No.1200/ B5/ 2017 dated 22.05.2017 and quash the same. W.P.No.14409 of 2017: Pleaded to issue a writ of Certiorari (or) order (or) directions by calling for the records of the 1st respondent in na.Ka.No.1200/B5/2017, dated 22/5/2017 and quash the same.

W.P.No.14828 of 2017 to 14831 of 2017: Pleaded to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call to for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.1200/Aa5/2017 dated 22/05/2017 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the Respondent to allow the petitioner to continue in service in Villivakkam Union Thiruvallur District and to resort for re-deployment of surplus teachers after the commencement of academic year 2017-2018 after completion of admission of students in the manner known to law. W.P.No.13824 of 2017: Pleaded to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus (or) any other writ order (or) direction in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamuscalling for the records of the respondent dated 24.5.2017 in Reference Na. Ka. No.

1032/A5/2017 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the Magaral Panchayat Union Middle School Kanchipuram Block. W.P.No.14513 of 2017: Pleased to issue a writ (or) order (or) any other appropriate writ in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1163/A2/2017 dated 24.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in the same union at Vedaranyam.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respective petitioners would submit that on account of the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioners have been posted and directed to continue in the same school and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
