Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition. After such hearing and upon perusal of the affidavit, this petition is ordered subject to the condition that the petitioner/appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.750/-(Rupees seven hundred and fifty only) towards 'cost' to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Building, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.
