The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C in Crime No.1359 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.1359 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 286 and 427 of IPC has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.1359 of 2021 within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
