The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned proceedings dated 18.07.2014 in Na.Ka.No.1556/AA2/2014, on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant recognition for a period of three years, from 04.11.2013 to 03.11.2016 for Standards LKG and UKG, to the Good Shepherd Matriculation Higher Secondary School, 32, College Road, Chennai-600 006, under the Code of Regulations of Matriculation Schools.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, since the recognition sought for relates to the period from 2013 to 2016. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
