(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed in Writ Appeal Nos.3679 and 3683 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that though belatedly the order passed by this Court has been complied with, by virtue of that, on 21.04.2025, an order retaining the petitioner at Salem Municipality has been passed. Pursuant to which, on 22.04.2025, he joined duty and has been continuously working.

3. In view of the said compliance, though belatedly having been made on 2/4
